Sorry life has been crazy so I am a little tardy on this and then Brittany tags us again.
Ryder
Loves:
Costumes of superheroes- ninja turtles, Peter Pan, Superman, Spider Man, Power Rangers

Going to the gym, when he has "it in his plan for the day"
Chasing his big sister around with sticks and swords
To Pummel
Hiding in the new cabinets
"Snuggling"
Giving mom the pinchies, which is using my hand like a blankie to rub the soft skin between the index and thumb, I know a little odd but cute too
Riding his four wheeler
Going on trips in the Rv
Going to our playgroup and playing with his neighborhood pals
Loves show and tell on thursdays at school. Got told he couldn't show his "weapon" he had brought one time, mom wasn't watching him pack the bag evidently
Doesn't like:
Going to bed
Getting his pump changed, says 3 days comes too fast
having to wait to eat food
Doesn't like to miss out on the fun
Talking to strangers, Ryder is shy and whenever people try to talk to him he hides behind moms leg

Personality Test!
You're a bold, confident orange. A warm, powerful color that indicates a strong, welcoming personality, orange is the mark of people who are social and extroverted by nature. Vibrant, with an upbeat attitude, you have a bright, inviting demeanor. Energetic and fun-loving, you're a real friend-magnet. Your easy charm and unassuming manner make you the sort of person people want to meet and get to know better. Well-rounded and fun to be around, you enjoy helping others, so it's no surprise that orange also symbolizes attraction. Orange is an extraordinary color — for an extraordinary person.

Still under construction
We still have wrought iron fencing for outside to be put up, stucco to be fixed, new railings to be put in on the inside. Carpet in on the main floor.
Scott keeps teasing me when I tell him the date the contractor tells me whatever will be done. Scott says yeah it will be wrapped up by mid March. At this point I am starting to believe him.
At least our contractor, Brad is very nice and it is hard to get upset with him. (Maybe that is why we are still living in this...) Just a thought .. :)
Ryder turns 4!
Ryder turned 4 on Jan. 2nd. Grandma Bethany gave Ryder this cute suit for his bday. He wore it to church that Sunday. At church his teachers gave him scriptures and he has proudly carried them around, pretending to be able to read. The cutest is when he is reading them and says, "I love you Jesus. I believe in you." The first time I saw him doing this and asked him what he was doing he said (like dah mom) "I am reading my scriptures."

A Very Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone. Rather than do a letter in every Christmas card with all our "info", thought a blog with our family would be more interesting.
This is such a wonderful time of year. We have snow covering the ground outside and it is very cold but it all lends itself to a special Christmas spirit.
We are enjoying all of the festivities there are to do this time of year. Our family, along with most the Stewart clan, headed to the mall last night to see Santa. With a very reluctant Maddie we had the kids picture taken with Santa.
We wish all of you the most wonderful holiday. Hope you will be able to enjoy yourselves. Relax and remember what it is really all about.
I am thinking let's go "Madonna" and not give gifts anymore. ( But mom and dad don't get any ideas, if you already bought them, just go ahead and mail those babies.)
It is the thing that adds to the crazy, hecticness to the season. Unfortunately, the kids have come to expect them. :)
Wish we could see all of you and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and sit around the fire. (Well if my fireplace would ever get finished that is..)
A very wonderful holiday to all of you..
